This 5-inch Panchdhatu idol presents the goddess in her serene lotus-seated form, a radiant embodiment of purity, grace, and divine compassion. Her four arms hold the sacred lotus, a timeless symbol of transcendence and spiritual awakening, while one hand is raised in abhaya mudra, granting protection, and another rests in varada mudra, bestowing blessings.
Sculpted through the lost-wax technique, the idol is first modeled in wax, then cast in molten Panchdhatu (an alloy of copper, brass, gold, silver, and iron) before being hand-finished with chisels and polish. The antique golden finish brings warmth to her features, from the finely carved crown to the layered jewellery and calm, benevolent expression.
The lotus pedestal on which she is seated symbolizes purity rising above worldly impurities, grounding the sculpture in spiritual meaning. Compact yet powerful, this Devi idol is suited for shrines, meditation corners, or heritage collections, inviting divine grace into any space.
